This is the starting stage. At this stage, you will need to provide us the following
information for providing the quotation for your print jobs:
- Publication Name, Technical specifications; Quantity;
This information can be provided to us by range of means including fax and email.
Once we receive the quotation request, we will find you the best quote which is
in sync with our “best
price guarantee”. The printer that we choose for your job is selected on
range of parameters including price competitiveness, printer’s ability to deliver
the finished product in time, history and experience of the printer.
This is stage wherein you provide us with the print ready files. Files can be provided
to us using range of means including email, CD/DVD delivery to our office and uploading
files to our secured FTP server.
The files that you provide to us are checked for any mistakes that may affect the
quality of the print job e.g. fonts are missing or images that have been used are
low resolution images.
Before generating the hard copy Epson or Press proofs, we will provide you with
Low Resolutions PDF for checking. Once you approve the applicable proofs, your job
will go to the next stage.

Delivery
This stage includes printing, packaging and delivery of your material. Our dedicated
team works very closely with the printer and you to ensure that the expected quality
is delivered to you in the promised times lines.
We have very high quality assurance process in place. A strong quality assurance
methodology is adopted at every stage by us to ensure the continual delivery of
quality printed material.
At this stage, the finished material is delivered to your nominated address. If
you are using our logistics services, the material is transferred to our warehouse
from where it can be delivered either in single go or as and when you place / approve
the orders using our online application.
Our Packaging
All the material printed by us is packed using high-quality packaging material including
bubble packing and corrugated boxes. The robust boxes, which can be branded, ensure
your materials arrive in perfect condition.
